What events do you host?
We host a small number of seasonal, curated experiences on the flower farm, including Gather & Bloom — Twilight Pick and Brunch Among the Blooms. All events are seasonal and released in limited numbers as part of A Summer in Bloom.

What is Gather & Bloom — Twilight Pick?
Gather & Bloom — Twilight Pick is our signature seasonal event, held during golden hour. Guests wander the flower fields, pick blooms, relax among the rows, and enjoy an unhurried evening shaped by the season. Food, drinks, and seating options can be arranged when booking.

What is Brunch Among the Blooms?
Brunch Among the Blooms is a relaxed daytime experience set among the flowers, centred around a long-table brunch, open air, and time to wander the farm. Dates and formats vary by season.

Tickets, Bookings & Policies

Are event tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind. If you’re unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another person. Please notify us of the new attendee’s name prior to the event.

What happens if an event is cancelled?
If an event must be cancelled due to unsafe conditions, including extreme or catastrophic fire danger ratings, severe weather, or other safety concerns, ticket holders will be offered either a rescheduled date or a full refund.

What if it rains?
Events will proceed in light rain. Please dress appropriately for outdoor conditions. If weather is deemed unsafe, ticket holders will be contacted directly.

Are children allowed at events?
Some events are designed primarily for adults, while others may allow children. This will be clearly stated on each event page. Please check individual listings before booking.

Food & Drink at Events

Is food included in my ticket?
Inclusions vary by event. Some experiences include food, while others offer food as an optional pre-order or for purchase on the night. All inclusions are listed clearly on the event page.

Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Where food is offered, a vegetarian or gluten-free option may be available. We are unable to cater to additional dietary requirements or guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Can I bring my own food or alcohol?
For Gather & Bloom — Twilight Pick, guests may bring light picnic food unless otherwise stated. No BYO alcohol is permitted. A botanical bar operates during events.

Villa Minto — Accommodation

What is Villa Minto?
Villa Minto is our private, architect-designed accommodation set within the flower farm. It’s an off-grid, adults-focused stay designed for rest, privacy, and immersion in the landscape.

Is Villa Minto available year-round?
Yes. Villa Minto operates year-round, subject to availability.

Do Villa Minto guests have access to Gather & Bloom — Twilight Pick?
Yes. Villa Minto guests receive complimentary access to Gather & Bloom — Twilight Pick on event evenings during their stay.

Optional food, drinks, and seating upgrades remain available to add if desired.

Can Villa Minto guests access the flower fields?
Villa guests are welcome to explore designated areas of the farm. Access may vary during event days or seasonal works.

Are Villa Minto guests affected by events?
On event days, some areas of the farm may be in use during event hours. Event schedules are shared in advance where applicable.

Is Villa Minto suitable for children or pets?
Villa Minto is designed primarily for adults and is not suitable for young children or pets due to the working farm environment.

On the Farm

Is Bloom Into You a working farm?
Yes. Bloom Into You is a working flower farm. Ground conditions may be uneven, and natural elements such as irrigation lines and varying terrain are present. Closed-toe footwear is strongly recommended.

Can I pick flowers?
Flower picking is included only where stated, such as Gather & Bloom — Twilight Pick, and is limited to designated areas.

Flowers & Farm Products

Do you sell flowers?
At certain times of the year, we may release limited quantities of seasonal blooms or include flowers as part of events or accommodation experiences. Availability varies and is not guaranteed.

Do you sell wholesale flowers?
We do not operate an open wholesale program. Any wholesale supply is limited, seasonal, and arranged privately.

Do you have a physical shop?
No. Bloom Into You operates through seasonal events, accommodation, and online releases only.
