When does the Summer Edition run?
Every Saturday from the second Saturday of January through to the last Saturday of April, weather permitting.

What is the difference between the Morning Pick and the Twilight Pick?
The Morning Pick runs 10:30am to 1:30pm, with the flowers cool from the night and the light soft across the fields. The Twilight Pick runs in the afternoon into evening, with the gate time changing across the season as the sun moves. Both run for three hours, both are $150 per person, and both include your bucket, snips and the flowers in season.

What time do the gates open?
Gate times vary by date and session. The Morning Pick opens at 10:30am. The Twilight Pick gate moves across the season as the sun changes, so each date shows its own time. Your booking confirmation will include the exact time for your date.

What happens if it rains?
Gather & Bloom runs in light weather. If weather conditions are unsafe, we’ll be in touch directly with options before the event.

What should I wear?
Dress for a relaxed outdoor farm session.

Closed-toe shoes for walking the flower rows, a hat and sunscreen for the morning and warmer days, and a warm layer if you are with us into the evening.

Is food and drink available?
Each ticket includes one complimentary welcome drink on arrival.

Guests are welcome to bring their own picnic food, drinks and picnic rug to enjoy across the flower fields.

Curated grazing boxes for two are available to pre-order at booking for those who’d prefer something ready on arrival.

How many flowers do I get?
Your ticket includes a premium florist display bucket to keep.

With professional snips in hand, you’re free to wander the rows and fill your bucket with seasonal blooms. What’s flowering varies throughout the season, but it’s always the best of what’s in bloom.

Do I need to bring my own snips?
No. All snips and your take-home bucket are provided on the day.
For farm hygiene and biosecurity, we ask that guests not bring their own snips. All equipment provided by us is sanitised before use.

Is Gather & Bloom suitable for groups or celebrations?
Yes. Gather & Bloom is a relaxed experience that’s lovely to share, morning or evening.

Many guests come as couples, friends or small groups celebrating birthdays, hens gatherings or simply time together among the flowers.

For groups celebrating together, the Bloom Table can be reserved for up to eight guests.

How long does the experience run?
Each session runs for three hours. The Morning Pick runs 10:30am to 1:30pm. The Twilight Pick runs three hours from the gate time listed for your date.

Arrival & parking
On arrival, signage will guide you to on-site parking near the flower fields. We recommend arriving at the gate time listed for your date to make the most of your session. Please follow the staff’s directions on the day.

Accessibility
Gather & Bloom takes place on a working flower farm with grassed and uneven surfaces. Some areas may be difficult to access with mobility aids. If you have specific accessibility questions, please get in touch before booking, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Is this family-friendly?
Yes. Gather & Bloom is a relaxed, outdoor farm experience, and families are welcome to join us.

Children under 16 attend free with a ticket-holding adult. Flower picking and the use of snips are for ticket holders only. Snips are not permitted for children under 12. Children must be supervised at all times.

Are dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, dogs aren’t able to attend Gather & Bloom.

Refunds & ticket transfers
We know plans can change. Tickets aren’t refundable for change of mind. However, you’re welcome to change your date or transfer your ticket if you’re unable to attend. Just let us know ahead of time, and we’ll do our best to help, subject to availability.

If we need to cancel the event, a full refund will be provided.
