Our Story
Flowerdale, Victoria.
Bloom Into You is a regenerative flower farm in Flowerdale, Victoria, in the Murrindindi Shire. Hayden and Tash Benefield started growing here in 2018. What began as a cut flower farm has grown into a Stay, Events and Experience property, built around a simple idea: that a working farm can be a place people genuinely want to arrive at.
Villa Minto
Over the course of a year, Hayden and Tash travelled through 35 countries, collecting memories, experiences, and ideas from every corner of the world. They stayed everywhere: backpacker hostels and safari tents, luxury countryside estates, boutique stays and hidden cabins in the mountains.
Along the way, they found themselves noticing the same things. The welcoming spaces that instantly made you feel at home. The views you never wanted to leave. The places that felt genuinely connected to the landscape around them. And they noticed what didn’t work too.
When they began building Villa Minto, they drew from all of it. Every stay taught them something. Every destination left its mark.
What started as a dream over a decade ago became a two-year build, filled with challenges, setbacks, floods, delays, late nights and countless weekends of work.
Today, Villa Minto is named after the Minto Hills it sits on, overlooking the flower rows and the open valley. It is a collection of lessons, memories and inspiration gathered from 35 countries, built by hand, side by side.
The hope is simple: that every guest leaves feeling exactly how we felt in our favourite places around the world.

Gather & Bloom Twilight Pick
Gather & Bloom Twilight Pick is the farm’s signature seasonal event, held on Saturday evenings from January to April. Guests arrive to a complimentary glass of Prosecco, pick from rows of dahlias, ranunculus, zinnias and cosmos at golden hour, and take home a bucket of blooms. Evenings are kept small by design.
Film & Photography
The flower fields, open valley, and rural landscape have hosted editorial and commercial shoots, fashion campaigns, and documentary productions. The light here at golden hour is specific. Commercial enquiries welcome.
