The Experience
Days at Villa Minto follow the natural rhythm of the property: sunrise light across the hills, quiet afternoons on the deck, dinner prepared in a well-appointed kitchen, and slow evenings surrounded by open landscape.
From January to April, the farm enters Summer in Bloom, with vibrant rows of dahlias, cosmos and zinnias.
Every Saturday, our Gather & Bloom Twilight Pick event takes place (season + flower dependent), and Villa Minto guests enjoy complimentary entry (Valued at $135pp) when the event aligns with their stay.
Across the year, the atmosphere shifts from warm, bright summers to cool, green winters, each offering its own character and charm.

During peak bloom, Villa Minto guests enjoy complimentary VIP access to our signature Gather & Bloom Twilight Pick — one of the most magical experiences on the farm.
A warm, atmospheric evening surrounded by blooms, featuring:

Golden-hour flower picking
Soft, dreamy farm vibes
It’s a beautiful twilight atmosphere that unfolds at your own pace. Wander down from the villa, enjoy the food and the fields, collect a bouquet as the sun sets, then retreat back to your private deck whenever you wish. (Kindly note that the event is booking-dependent.)
THE FLOWER FARM
Villa Minto sits overlooking our working flower farm, offering an ever-changing view of the growing season.
Planting, growth, peak bloom, and rest — each stage brings a new atmosphere, a new palette, and a new rhythm to your stay.
During bloom periods, guests can access designated areas of the farm when open and enjoy an intimate view of the landscape as it shifts through the seasons.
As the farm changes, so does the way you experience the villa:
Summer & Peak Bloom: Fields alive with colour, golden-hour light, warm breezes, and vibrant evenings.
Autumn: Soft, earthy tones and crisp air perfect for slow mornings and sunset walks.
Winter: The hills turn deep green, mist settles in the valley, and the outdoor fire pit becomes the heart of your stay, a place for red wine, conversations, and stargazing under cold, clear skies.
Spring: New growth begins, seedlings fill the fields, and the valley slowly wakes back to life.
