What is Priority Access?
When spring dates are confirmed, you receive the booking link ahead of public release. Spring afternoons sell fast. Priority Access gives you the first choice of Saturday.

When will spring dates be announced?
September to October, once we have a clear picture of the rows. Priority Access holders are contacted directly.

How do you decide when to open spring bookings?
Spring at Bloom Into You runs on the farm’s schedule. The ranunculus and larkspur have their own timeline. Priority Access secures your place well ahead of public release.

What flowers should I expect in spring?
Primarily ranunculus and larkspur. The palette is cooler and softer than the summer season. What’s in bloom varies year to year, and we’ll give you an honest read closer to the dates.

What time do the gates open?
Gates open at 2pm and the fields close at 5pm. Your booking confirmation will include the details for your date.

What happens if it rains?
Gather & Bloom runs in light weather. If weather conditions are unsafe, we’ll be in touch directly with options before the event.

What should I wear?
Dress for a relaxed outdoor farm afternoon.

Closed-toe shoes are recommended for walking the flower rows. A hat and sunscreen are helpful on warmer days, and a light layer is worth packing for the end of the afternoon.

Is food and drink available?
Each ticket includes one complimentary welcome drink on arrival.

Guests are welcome to bring their own picnic food, drinks and picnic rug to enjoy across the flower fields.

How many flowers do I get?
Your ticket includes a premium florist display bucket to keep.

With professional snips in hand, you’re free to wander the rows and fill your bucket with seasonal blooms. What’s flowering varies throughout the season, but it’s always the best of what’s in bloom.

Do I need to bring my own snips?
No. All snips and your take-home bucket are provided on the day.
For farm hygiene and biosecurity, we ask that guests not bring their own snips. All equipment provided by us is sanitised before use.

Is Gather & Bloom suitable for groups or celebrations?
Yes. Gather & Bloom is a relaxed afternoon on the farm that’s lovely to share.

Many guests come as couples, friends or small groups celebrating birthdays, hens gatherings or simply an afternoon together among the flowers.

How long does the experience run?
The experience runs for three hours, from 2pm to 5pm.

Arrival & parking
On arrival, signage will guide you to on-site parking near the flower fields. We recommend arriving at 2pm to make the most of the afternoon. Please follow the staff’s directions on the day.

Accessibility
Gather & Bloom takes place on a working flower farm with grassed and uneven surfaces. Some areas may be difficult to access with mobility aids. If you have specific accessibility questions, please get in touch before booking, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Is this family-friendly?
Yes. Gather & Bloom is a relaxed, outdoor farm experience, and families are welcome to join us.

Children under 16 attend free with a ticket-holding adult. Flower picking and the use of snips are for ticket holders only. Snips are not permitted for children under 12. Children must be supervised at all times.

Are dogs allowed?
Gather & Bloom is a dog-free experience.

Refunds & ticket transfers
We know plans can change. Tickets aren’t refundable for change of mind. However, you’re welcome to change your date or transfer your ticket if you’re unable to attend. Just let us know ahead of time, and we’ll do our best to help, subject to availability.

If we need to cancel the event, a full refund will be provided.
